    To refresh your table data, you have several options:1. Use Auto-update: ā€¢ Click the Auto-update icon at the bottom right of your table ā€¢ Select "Turn on Table" and choose either "Continue without running" or "Update cells" 2. Manually run specific columns: ā€¢ Right-click the column you want to refresh ā€¢ Choose from these options: ā€¢ ā€¢ "Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors" ā€¢ ā€¢ "Force Run All Rows" to update everything ā€¢ ā€¢ Run a specific number of rows from a chosen starting pointFor best practices, we recommend setting up a "last enriched" date for your records to track when data was last updated. This helps maintain data freshness and can be used to set up intelligent update cycles.     Hey, thanks for reaching out - I do see some stale row but it's because they're waiting for the results in Validate Email - Is this what you're referring to?
