Hello, anyone facing this bug in waterfall’s Work Email? I can’t remove the Validation Provider option…
Email validation is an integral part of Clay's email waterfall process and cannot be removed. This is because validation is a crucial step that ensures the quality of the email data you receive. By default, we use ZeroBounce as our validation service, but you do have the flexibility to choose a different validation provider if you prefer.The validation process happens behind the scenes, and while the validation columns aren't displayed by default to keep your table tidy, they are essential for ensuring you're working with high-quality data. The validation step helps determine which emails make it to your final results column.
