Location filter is not working properly: I only selected USA and it's bringing results from Egypt
Also, the dropdown list for location includes some options that have a comma (EX: Palestine, State of), and that seems to break something because if selected, it's then marked as two different values because of the comma
Hi Nicolas, thanks for reaching out. Do you mind sending the link to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1171717996/ac7729f84b426e1d0358af02/image.png?expires=1730385900&signature=ca840efe5746b5d785962e4c19f03b9231ed50931c77e649ba5e1c5158dca49b&req=dSEgF85%2FmohWX%2FMW1HO4zYTywSv%2FDpIf2BKsam%2FhVPujkA%3D%3D%0A
It looks like we've got a bug on our hands - I've escalated this over to our engineering team and we'll let you know as soon as we know more!
Thanks! Please also check the comma error on the first comment in this thread. Might only be in the front-end, didn't check. But still definitely buggy
I was not able to reproduce this issue. If you're still experiencing this issue, can you kindly perform a hard refresh for me? Here are some instructions on how to do it: Mac: Chrome and/or Firefox = Press Cmd + Shift + R Safari = Press Cmd + Option + RPC:Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge = Press Ctrl + F5
When selecting 'Palestine, State of' (picture 1) from the dropdow, it then shows as two different things: 'Palestine' and 'State of' (picture 2) Must be something to do on how it handles the comma separation
Hey guys, any news on this? I'm still seeing weird results when trying to filter by United States only
Hey Nicolas! Apologies for the delay. Weβve heard back from our engineering team and can confirm that weβre adding this issue to our backlog. For greater context, our product team prioritizes bugs based on the severity of the issue and how widespread of an experience it is with customers. To provide insight on expectations, issues like this may not be actioned for some weeks. This timeline is based on the team's current existing log of issues and upcoming feature releases which is subject to change. In the meantime, a workaround for this would be including an exclusion filter to also specifically exclude specific states or countries. Totally understand this isn't the most inconvenient approach and will keep you posted about any updates. So what happens now? Now that your issue has been logged, I will wrap up this conversation. Please note that I will reach out to you as soon as I receive any new information about this bug. If you donβt hear from me, then the engineering team is still working on it. As soon as there's an update, this conversation will automatically re-open on my end and I will follow up with you. Do you have any further questions before I step away from this conversation until I have an update for you?
