guys i deleted a few roes and my entire table was deleted. I've spent a shitton of hours - exports - and enrichments. Clay team can you look into it?
You can recover your deleted table from the Trash section in your workspace. Here's how: 1. In your workspace, click the Trash icon in the top navigation bar 2. Find and select the table you want to recover 3. Click the ⟲ (restore) icon to recover the deleted table Once restored, you'll regain access to your table with all its data. Note that you cannot edit a table while it's in the archive - you must restore it first to make any changes. If you need further assistance with recovering your table, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
it's not a deleted table. All rows from current table where deleted
this takes me back 2 days...would appreciate some help
Hey there Panagiotis thanks for reaching out, sorry for the long delay, unfortunately, there’s no way to restore deleted rows right now inside of Clay tables, but we are actively working on adding this feature. I understand how frustrating this is, and I’d be happy to offer a refund for the inconvenience. here,
hey LuisArturo - lmk what we can do here
this is a huge hiccup for client service and money down the drain (it was a 2-day workload)
Hey, really sorry about this—totally understand how frustrating it is. Can you let me know roughly how many credits were used? I’ll go ahead and add them back. Also, if you can share the time this happened (your timezone) and what steps you took leading up to it, that’ll help us investigate further and prevent it from happening again.
hey Bo (., time was 5-10 minutes before I started this thread, so Tuesday, around 10:20 am (EEST) I've spent around 2k clay credits in addition to openAI use, but again, it was a 2 day workload (mapped the entire TAM) The issue (is not the first time happening, just the first time happening at the end of my workflow)
I made a table association between people and company tables
I filtered out "result not found" to delete the noise
I deleted the filtered leads (was around 600 leads out of 5k total)
the entire table was deleted
I can confirm with 100% confidence that i did not accidentally delete all leads Actually recording a loom since then + backing up everything - everytime i'm deleting a row (it's time consuming but damn..) I'll send it over once it happens again. I'm sure i'm not the first to have this issue, since it happened more than once to me I'd appreciate it if we can do 10k credits as a compensation for the 2-day work loss and campaign delays with the client Screenshot for reference P.S. - we're on the $800/month plan 🙏
Hey there Panagiotis sorry for the delay, thank you for explaining this for us, have gone and added the credits back to your account
