Trouble Accessing AI Features? Possible Bug or Account Issue

Hey! I'm having trouble using any AI features, it is telling me I need to upgrade my account, but I don't think that is correct. Is there some sort of bug?

    Hi Craig, thanks for reaching out. If you're still experiencing this issue, can you kindly perform a hard refresh for me? Here are some instructions on how to do it: Mac: Chrome and/or Firefox = Press Cmd + Shift + R Safari = Press Cmd + Option + RPC:Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge = Press Ctrl + F5 Let me know if this solves the issue!
