is everything OK with the platform? Besides everything staying in loading mode functions seems not to work. I am running cells like - Sending data in SmartLead and nothing happens. It is like this for 2h now.

Hard refresh your browser:
** Mac: Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari)
** Windows: Ctrl + F5
Force run the stuck column:
** Click the column header of your SmartLead column
** Hover over "Run column" in the dropdown
** Select "Force" to jump start the column
Alternative fix for outbound actions:
If the "write to table" function isn't working, try using the Force Run option in table settings
*Clear browser cache:
Clear your browser cache and refresh to resolve persistent error messages
These steps help recover stuck cells from performance issues and should get your SmartLead integration working again.

Is there something that can be done with this for future because its not really cool where we cannot work for several hours in a day because of an issue
