I obviously still have enough credits but I got the error message of not enough credits when running my automation. Even after I click on it it is still the same error message.
There could be a delay in updating your credit balance after a recent renewal. It typically takes 1-2 hours for new credits to appear in your account due to transaction processing.
If this persists, you can check your current credit usage:
1. Click your account name
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Credit usage
in the sidebar
If you need more credits immediately, you can purchase credit top-ups:
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Plans & billing
3. Click Purchase credits
If you continue to experience issues, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further support.

Thanks man that's very helpful
You're welcome :) Btw, I went ahead and refunded you 1k credits so you can re-run it. Also a few tips on saving credits: 1. Turn Off Auto-Update: Disable auto-update while setting up your table to avoid unnecessary credit usage. You can do this by clicking the three dots next to your table name and selecting "Auto-Update Columns" to toggle it off. Once your setup is finalized, you can turn it back on. 2. Qualify Leads Before Enriching: Enrich only the most relevant leads by filtering rows based on criteria like location or industry. Use Conditional Runs to set up rules for when enrichments should occur. 3. Test Enrichments on a Small Sample: Before running an enrichment on an entire column, test it on a small sample to ensure everything works as expected. 4. Use Your Own API Keys: Integrate your own API keys from other providers to reduce the credits spent in Clay. 5. Avoid Duplicate Enrichments: Use Lookup Columns to pull existing data into your current table to avoid spending credits twice for the same data.
For more details, you can refer to the Clay Credits Calculator and the Ways to Save Clay Credits guide.
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback WhatAVenture A.!
