CSV Export Only Includes First 22 Rows: Troubleshooting Guide

I have a table with 228 rows ("Time October") but when I export a CSV, there are only the first 22 rows in the CSV. No idea why - how to resolve?

Check to see if there are any filters applied when you download a CSV.
