Issues with Use AI Columns Across Multiple Tables

All of our Use AI columns broke across a dozen tables, we made no changes but now they're returning nonsense text and/or [Object][Object] its like the prompt is not being passed correctly in Clays backend, and JSON mode certainly not working and support chat is broken ;/

    Actually every single Use AI Column in our entire account is broken, and spewing complete nonsense into live campaigns.. . Arturo O. any way you could take a look at this? This is like level 9 urgent

    Hey Chris, sorry for this. I checked a recent table here. The error says "Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website." You can disable auto-update on the table and enable it again to run those errored cells. This table is from today which seemed to be running fine. Or are you referring to another table? Happy to dive deeper here on the error you're seeing. Again, sorry for the hassle.
