Bug in Add More People Modal: Dropdown Not Updating Correctly

When I edit the source from the add more people data modal, I'm expecting my drop down menu to update / append the new search. However, I keep running into the bug where the name doesn't change or the search doesn't update the next time I revisit the add more people modal. This makes it extremely frustrating when I want to track which searches were most effective / pull from an older search etc. Some screenshots for context:

Hey Sagar! Thanks for your patience. Quick update here: The team identified some issues with the endpoint and temporarily disabled the "edit source" feature to troubleshoot further.
