Google Sheets Integration Issues: Can't Select Worksheet or Map Fields

Hey) I set up Google Sheets integrations yesterday and worked just fine, but it has mysteriously vanished today. 😄 I can't select the Worksheet and the fields to map them with GS columns. Tried to reconnect Google account - it didn't help.

Double-check that you're using the correct Google account for the integration. Sometimes, the issue can be resolved by removing the current connection and reconnecting with the right account. 2. If reconnecting didn't help, try these steps: • Go to the Settings page in Clay • Navigate to Connections • Click "+ Add Connection" and select Google Sheets • Sign into your Google account again and name your account key If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need additional assistance. In that case, please request human support by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat.

    Hey Yes, I can edit this sheet. I'm connecting the same google account to Clay. It used to work, no changes were made.. "Time out" error pops up

    Sofiya, in our logs, the error I see coming back from Google is this: LBKSERROR_MISSING_AUTH Error: Google API error - [401] Request had invalid authentication credentials. Expected OAuth 2 access token, login cookie or other valid authentication credential.LBKSSo Google is telling Clay something is wrong with the connection. Could you try re-authenticating your connection here: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/421476/settings/accounts/google-sheets If that doesn't work, could you try setting up a brand new connection, and authenticating with the appropriate account as you did before?

    I tried even connecting another google account, the same issue 🤷‍♀️

    Hey there, thanks for reaching out! ☺️ I do not get the authentication error anymore. However, I see the refreshing takes awfully long. I assume that's due to the size of the Google Sheet. Can you do one more thing for me? Can you create an empty file and sheet and try to recreate your workflow? Let me know if it does the trick! Sorry about that!
