Issues with Look Alikes Feature on Ocean.io: Need for Clarification

The basic look alikes feature is not working, it used to give a list of lookalikes for free. In case you only want us to use the Ocean.io one, this feature needs to be removed then? I've tried with less companies as well with very basic criteria and it isn't working.
