How to Fix Column or Action Item Limit Error in Your App

I’m getting this error message even though I don’t have the maximum number of columns or action items. How do I fix?

To fix the error message you're seeing in Clay, try these steps: 1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the view. This often resolves persistent error messages. 2. If you're still seeing empty rows or filtered data issues, it might be a short-term front-end performance problem. Again, clearing your cache and refreshing your screen should help. If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need more specific troubleshooting. In that case, click on "Talk to a person" to request human assistance for a more detailed look at your problem.

Hi Michael,
We have a table limit of 30 enrichments and 72 columns. I can move that limit to 40 enrichments and 82 columns (already done) but just keep in mind that it might impact speed and performance. If you start to see any issues, just let us know and we'll move this back down again.

Hi, No, there's 13 enrichments in personal emails and 14 in the work email. There's also two other enrichments - Enrich LI profile and the lookup to the company table. See here:

I’m still getting an error here. please help. Are there columns I don’t need and can delete? how can I tell?

Hey Michael, apologies for the delay! Right now, the only way to check is by adding columns like "Use AI" one by one until you reach the limit and can’t add more. I’d recommend splitting these enrichments into separate tables, as we’ve already increased the compute column limit. Let me know if you need any help setting this up! :)
