An email waterfall is not updating with a new step
The email waterfall might not be updating with a new step because the process continues until a valid email is found or all providers have run. If an email is found but fails validation, the waterfall will keep running to the next provider. To see what's happening behind the scenes, you can unhide the validation columns in your table. This will show you how each email is being validated and why certain emails might not make it to the final column. If you need more specific help with your waterfall, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for a detailed look at your setup.
