It's normal for credits to take some time to appear after renewal. Due to how our card provider processes transactions, there can be a delay of 1-2 hours before new credits are reflected in your account. For example, if your plan renewed at 12 PM, the credits might not show up until 1 PM. This delay occurs with each renewal. If you're still not seeing your credits after 2 hours, please let us know, and we'll look into it further.
If you need credits urgently, remember that we offer credit top-ups. These allow you to purchase additional credits on top of your existing plan, though they cost 50% more than the typical cost per credit of your current plan.
