Not necessarily a Clay bug, but whenever we've been referring clients via our Clay referral link, we're never attributed with the revenue. I don't know whether that's because they used our old affiliate link and not our new Clay Creator link.
There are two different referral programs at Clay that work differently: 1. Standard Referral Program: • Available to all users through workspace settings • Provides 3,000 credits to both parties when someone signs up and activates a paid account • Can be accessed via the "Referrals" tab in workspace settings 2. Clay Creators Program: • A selective program with different benefits • Offers 20% revenue share on referrals for 12 months • Includes additional perks like distribution channel access, brand assets, and early feature access To troubleshoot your referral attribution: ** Verify that referred clients used the correct, current referral link ** Confirm they successfully subscribed to a paid plan * Check your referral status in workspace settings under "Referrals" If you're part of the Creators program, you should be using your specific Creator link to ensure proper revenue attribution.
