Hi everyone! I'm having trouble with the filter for the maximum number of Open Jobs per company. Even though I’ve set the limit, it doesn’t seem to be working. Thanks in advance!
When you see a discrepancy between the total number of results shown in the preview and the actual number of records imported, this is likely because limits are being applied to your search filter. For example, if you have set a limit of a certain number of jobs per company, the final import will reflect these restrictions even if the preview shows a higher total count. To ensure you're importing all the desired job listings, please review your search filter settings and adjust any applied restrictions before proceeding with the import.
I’m not seeing any difference between the preview and the imported records. In both cases, the limit I set for the maximum number of jobs per company hasn’t been applied.
Based on the available job search features in Clay, there isn't actually a filter option to set a maximum number of jobs per company. The only limit-related settings available are:1. Overall result limit (defaults to 10, maximum 10) for job searches 2. Filters for specific parameters like: • Departments • Job titles • Job descriptions • Days since posted • LocationTo narrow down job results, you'll need to use the available filters and parameters to refine your search. Since Clay doesn't yet have semantic search capabilities, try adjusting your search terms and other filter parameters to get more targeted results. That’s not accurate. In the Find Open Jobs interface, there is indeed an option to select "Limit per company" as part of the filtering settings.

Hey, thanks for reaching out and Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more! What I would recommend to do for the time being is using this method to count the number of results per company and filter out those over your count! https://www.loom.com/share/a39a4569d95244b7886026f3c70812c7 Here's the formula: {{Unique ID}} ? ({{Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table}}?.records?.findIndex(record => record['Unique ID']?.toLowerCase() === {{Unique ID}}?.toLowerCase()) + 1 || 2) : 2 Here's how to filter [App: Article Inserter]
