Persistent Rate Limit Error on Anthropic Integration for New Columns

Hi team, I have a bug where I’m getting a persistent rate limit error on the Anthropic integration, but only for newly created columns. Old columns run totally fine unless I edit them. I can also see that in the Anthropic portal, when I make a request from a new column (the one with the error), there is no log of the attempt, whereas if I run an existing column with the integration, it runs with no issue and I see the log in Anthropic. I’d really appreciate some help here, as I have around 5 flows, all with 1000+ items that need to run, but this is stopping me.

    For more contect: I’m on tier 3 now. When this first happened, it was legitimately an Anthropic side issue; then I added more credit and increased our rate limit. Now the old columns work with no problem, still running at a large scale. But whenever I edit or add another column, it doesn’t work. Surely, if it was an Anthropic issue, then the old columns would also not run. I even tried to create a new Anthropic account and API key, and that has the same issue when creating new columns. An important note is that when I create the column, I get the error instantly before even attempting to run
