Hi, I’m having trouble with seeing my $60 credits, which I’ve received in an email from a clay representative. I would like to pay for 3 months with the credits.
To check your credits:1. Go to Settings > Plans and Billing 2. Your remaining credits will be displayed under your planIf you've recently received the credits, please note that it may take 1-2 hours for them to appear in your account due to transaction processing.If you still don't see the credits after 2 hours, please ask for a human agent to help investigate this specific case, as they'll need to verify the email and credit allocation you mentioned. Hey, thanks for reaching out - In which account could it be? I'm only seeing that your account was created on the 18th of Dec and that you've been on the free plan since then with no invoices.
