I used a partner link when signing up for the service but the partner said it didn’t show on their end, I also included it in the ‘how did you find us’ section so wondering if that can still be credited

Hey Abolade, thanks for reaching out! I noticed that you’ve had an account with us for about 6 months, and I also see multiple other accounts under your name. Could it be that you used the partner link on a different account? Just a heads-up, referrals are only credited on new accounts, so that might be the issue here. I also see that the account “abolade@crmgrowth.co.uk” is currently a free account, and it looks like there were some attempts to make payments, but they didn’t go through.
