Bug Report: Issues Adding Claygent with Open API Key

Bug today when adding Claygent. You add Claygent, switch to your own Open API API key - but when saving it still has the 1 clay credit thing on 'save and run 1 row'. ...when you save, it errors. You need to refresh, edit column, then save again and it seems to work ok on refresh. but it's a bug - possibly related to adding GPT 4.5?

We're sorry you're experiencing this issue. To resolve it, first ensure your OpenAI API key meets the required usage tier. For Claygent, you need 450,000 tokens per minute (TPM). Check your usage limits at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits. If your API key meets the requirements, try these steps: 1. Go to your profile picture > Settings > Your Profile 2. Find the API Key section 3. Copy or regenerate your key 4. Re-add the API key to your Clay integration account If the problem persists after trying these steps, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further troubleshooting.

I don’t need help other than it’s a bug - dev team should probably look at it though as I imagine affecting everyone…

Daniel, thanks for sharing this. Would you be able to share the table(s) where you saw this issue? We may be able to fetch some logs on how/where this is happening, and I'd like to make sure I can replicate as closely as possible.
