Clay bug not allowing me to delete rows in a table
Table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/10589/tables/t_h2JtnC68N6FF/views/gv_56uv5R3UxxAo { "issues": [ { "code": "invalid_type", "expected": "array", "received": "undefined", "path": [ "recordIds" ], "message": "Required" } ], "name": "ZodError" }
Based on the error you're seeing, this appears to be a session-related issue. Try performing these troubleshooting steps: 1. Log out of Clay and log back in to refresh your session token. 2. If the issue persists, perform a hard refresh of your browser: β’ Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R β’ Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + RIf you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, please request human support for further assistance.

Logged out, cleared cache, hard refreshed, same issue across all my tables
Based on the error message you shared earlier ("invalid_type" with "recordIds"), this appears to be an API-related issue rather than a browser cache problem. When deleting rows, you should normally see an alert/confirmation in the bottom-right corner of your screen for a few seconds with an option to "Undo" the action.Since you're experiencing this across all tables, it's likely related to invalid credentials or authentication. To resolve this: 1. Verify your API key is correct and properly configured: β’ Find your Clay API key β’ Check that it's correctly added in the Integrations section β’ Ensure your credentials are properly savedIf you continue experiencing issues after verifying your credentials, please request human support for further assistance. deleting rows individually works, just not bulk delete across all tables

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out. Looking into this now, curious were you trying to delete all of the rows in this table? and if so, could I get your permission to try and recreate the deletion process on my end? Don't want to delete any rows you're hoping to keep, but I need to test this on our end. :)
Hey Owen - it should be safe to delete those rows in that view that I shared the link from. The filter was on event_type column being EMAIL_SENT
looks like you guys fixed it now π
Got it, was just about to test this. Glad the issue seems to be resolved, let us know if you continue to run into this. :)
