Lead scoring does not play well with booleans. When a column is a boolean (i.e. uses Checkbox), lead scoring with an won't work with "Equals" and a boolean. I tried all doing a type cast with the column, using true / false, using 'true' / 'false', using True / False, using 'True' / 'False'. The only thing that works is treating it as a string using 'Contains'.
We offer a flexible lead scoring system that can be customized to your needs. Here's how you can implement lead scoring with boolean values:1. Define your scoring criteria clearly first. You can use up to 15 different scoring criteria in our system. 2. For boolean values, you can assign points based on true/false conditions: ā¢ True conditions can be assigned positive points ā¢ False conditions can be assigned zero points or negative points depending on your needs 3. Combine these boolean scores with other criteria like: ā¢ Company size ā¢ Industry type ā¢ Seniority levelRemember that lead scoring should be dynamic - you can adjust your scoring criteria as your business needs evolve and you gather more data about what makes a lead valuable. Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
Julien, thanks for raising this. I'll take a look and see if I can replicate this in my separate test account. In the meantime, would you be able to share a link to the table where you're using scoring? I'd like to be able to share additional examples with the team.
Julien, thanks again for raising this. Our engineers just released an update to make sure that boolean/checkbox values cooperate when using the "equals" comparison type. Everything looks good in my separate test account. Could you compare in yours? Please let me know if you still have trouble.
