I have run into a weird bug. The table only has three rows and they all are fully populated with data, however the formula generator is not finding all of the data for some reason, meaning my formula will not work no matter what I try. I've tried refreshing, logging out of Clay & back in, but it's just showing up empty instead of showing the data in the table. How can I fix this?
Hey there Melissa thanks for reaching out, taking a look here there seems to be a UI error when selecting the column inside the table, interestingly enough if choosing the same value inside of the HubSpot column it's pulled from all the values do appear.
Hey Melissa Jimenez, that happens when the formula generator isn’t syncing with the table state. Try clearing cache duplicating the table or rebuilding the column it usually refreshes the link to your data.
Hey, I've tried clearing my cache twice now and still having the same issue with it not finding the data in the formula generator.
Hey, no I actually tried it both ways. I tried maybe 6 different iterations of the prompt
I don't believe it to be a prompt issue because the data is not there regardless of what the prompt is
See my screenshot above - it only shows data for row 1 and then everything after that is either partially missing (just row 2) or completely blank.
And FYI I don't have a formula column in that table right now, I had to abandon all my attempts because there was no data. There is another formula column which was created by Clay support - I believe that's the one you are referencing when you say it's missing what to output if negative?
No worries, thank you! Appreciate it 🙂
Hey, thank you for the update. That's interesting though, as when I first reported the issue there were no duplicate columns or anything like that. They only came to be afterwards. I'm surprised to hear that it is intended behaviour to not be able to preview/test the output of a formula column before saving it, as I've never seen this happen before. But thank you for looking into it
Okay gotcha. Thank you! 🙂
