How to Redeem Clay Referral Link for 3000 Gift Credits

Hello, I am about to pay for a Clay plan and I have a link to a referral. Does anyone know how I can redeem it and get the 3000 gift credits? When I enter the referral link, I am redirected to the home page of Clay's website, which leaves me quite confused as I thought I should be redirected to the section to subscribe to the plan. PS: I just finished my trial period, that is, I already have a workspace created, I don't know if that is an impediment to redeeming the 3000 credits
