Clay is not always saving prompts, just lost some of my prompts even though i saved it, sometimes i have to save it 5 times, before it actually locks in. Anybody experiencing the same?
Live Example: Just clicked "save" and half of my prompt is deleted. real prompt looking like this "Find out if they company are on Amazon or not Assume the role of an Amazon storefront identifier. For each Company Name , verify active Amazon storefront presence. 1. Search on google " Company Name amazon.de". Find the amazon storefont, that matches domain & domain_url If done right, the URL will look something like this: https://www.amazon.de/stores/ Company Name /Homepage/page EXAMPLE: If i had to find "Plana S" manually, i would do it like this: 1) Go to google.com 2) search "Plana S amazon de" 3)Find something where "Plana S" is included 4) The storefront URL i found for Plana S looks like this: "https://www.amazon.de/stores/PlanaS/Homepage/page/02D46430-A156-4275-9B50-F4AC416BA437". YOU DON'T HAVE TO FIND PLANA S, THIS WAS ONLY AN EXAMPLE! 2. if step "1." doesn't work, do the EXACT same process with ALL the other existing Amazon geographic pages: Try: " Company Name amazon.fr". If you don't find anything there, then search this on google: " Company Name Amazon.co.uk". If you don't find anything there, then search this on google: " Company Name Amazon.it", If you don't find anything there, then search this on google: " Company Name Amazon.es", If you don't find anything there, then search this on google: " Company Name Amazon.nl", If you don't find anything there, then search this on google: " Company Name Amazon.se", If you don't find anything there, then search this on google: " Company Name Amazon.pl". If you don't find anything there, then search this on google: " Company Name Amazon.us". Output the Amazon storefront link if identified, or "Not_Amazon" if determination is inconclusive."
Hey there, thanks for reaching out and apologies for the saving prompt difficulty. We were experiencing performance bugs with Clay this morning that were causing such issues in the product. These performance bugs have since been resolved. Could you try saving your Claygent prompts again and let me know if this issue is resolved on your end? If it is still occurring, a video or screenshot of what you are seeing on your screen would be greatly appreciated!
