I can't seem to sort by industry now, after sorting by firstname
π Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hey Frederik, thanks for flagging this. It looks like your Industry column was expanded from one of the nodes in the Company column (Enrich Company). But this sorting issue doesn't happen for others (e.g. Website, Company Name). I'm not sure what the discrepancy is here. I'm going to research for a few moments and let you know what I learn.
I had myself confused for a moment. Looks like the results we were seeing were due to the priority of the sorting. You can click the "# sorts" button at the top of the table to adjust that. For example, selecting Industry first, and then sub-sorting by firstname. With results like so: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1232963561/5df3cb53373aec59b3ec423b8248/20241029-62204-sort-order.png?expires=1730223900&signature=f29733be7f0eac5b51172a23a1cccb1b3a10d4c2d88e60d4aba0cb6b68847f5c&req=dSIkFMB4noRZWPMW1HO4zUGsdFz9akbjOeR3ttFJfbkGiV9hGQXlSnEaJGCk%0AsPBg%0A Your table originally had those reversed, and because there are not many people named "Aafreen", "Alma", etc., the Industry sub-sort appeared not to be applying. Does that help?
Aha! Make totally sense, haven't seen that π€¦π»ββοΈ Thank you so much
You're welcome! I use it so rarely, it's easy to forget it's there!
