There are a few ways to resolve Sales Navigator pull errors:
1. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page (Mac: Cmd+Shift+R, Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R).
2. Ensure you're using a Sales Navigator People Search URL, not a Company Search URL.
3. Note that Sales Navigator limits results to 2500 leads.
If these don't work, consider using our Clip to Clay Chrome extension as an alternative method to save LinkedIn URLs.
