Inconsistent Data Retrieval Issues with Claygent Workflows

Why is it that Claygent will sometimes be able to retrieve data from a page, but other times it will say its unable to access web pages? And both cost credits! This makes Claygent-heavy workflows feel completely unreliable. Anyone else noticing this?
