Need help with my clay credits. I had around 93000 credits and suddenly got down to 60000 want to check where we lost so many credits
You can track your credit usage in detail by following these steps: 1. Click your account name in the corner 2. Go to Settings > Credit usage 3. In the Workspace section, you'll find a breakdown of credit usage by: β’ Folders β’ Workbooks β’ Tables You can analyze your credit consumption by: ** Sorting content by Name or Credits used ** Filtering by time period, owner, or specific integrations * Exporting the data as a CSV for detailed analysis For individual columns, you can right-click on them and select "Run Info" to see the credits spent on that specific column to date. To check your current remaining credits: 1. Go to Settings > Plans and Billing 2. Your remaining credits will be displayed under your plan

I have checked the credit usage there has been a loss of many credits. Can you check if we can have it reveresed.

To investigate further: 1. Check your trash folder for any recently deleted tables that may have consumed credits. 2. Review your credit usage in Settings > Credit usage for a detailed breakdown. No i am not saying an error from your side its and error from our side we have clicked on recurring and thats why lost the credit π

Yes our credits got renewed on 13th march so we got another 50k credits but we lost 30000 credits with that error
