Issue with Importing People into Existing Table: Wrong Results Encountered
Hello, I'm encountering an issue while importing new people into an existing table. Here’s the process I’m following:
- 1.
I open the table and select Actions -> Import.
- 2.
I then click on Find People, set the search criteria, and preview the results.
- 3.
The preview correctly displays the number of people that match the criteria.
- 4.
I proceed with Import -> Import to Current Table.
After this, I receive a success message indicating the correct number of imported people. However, when I check the table, I find that over 1,000 irrelevant people have been imported. Additional Notes:
This process is part of my daily routine, and it's the first time I've experienced this issue.
I tried adjusting the search criteria multiple times, but the result remains the same.
I also lost credits due to enrichment for people I didn’t intend to import.
