Hey team, "Created at" column cannot be found via variable at the moment. Bugging out
The "Created At" column exists for every row in Clay and can be referenced in formulas and filters. To access it: ** In filters: Select the filters button, click "+ Add filter", then choose "Created at" from the dropdown ** In formulas: Reference it directly as the "Created At" column ** *In column view: Use the Columns button to show/hide it if it's not visible If you still can't find it, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache, as this can resolve display issues.
Hi there, Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?
Are you able to manually find the table if you toggle?
Hey Gabriel, here's the table, feel free to create a new column to test it: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/449716/workbooks/wb_0sydu726hYYmZnpuTwb/tables/t_0syduav5MGpS9qafZBV/views/gv_0syduav8yZu7iDWFt6m
That's very strange. I've made a duplicate date column ("Created at (2)") and that seems to populate correctly. Will this work for you as a workaround while we sort out the bug? Please let me know how else I can help here. Gabe
oh ya bet. i found work around yesteryda so no worries but bug is still there
thanks Gabriel!
Got it. Thanks for flagging this! I've linked the bug to this ticket and escalated it to our engineering team. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
Good news! Happy to report that we heard back from the team and this issue should be fixed. Try a quick refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) and let us know if the problem has been resolved on your end, or if you still have trouble. Thank you for your patience as we worked on it.
