I am experiencing an issue with my credit usage. According to my records, I have only used 1.1k credits. However, my account has been deducted 13k credits. I would like to request assistance in restoring the incorrectly deducted credits and rectifying this discrepancy. Please help me resolve this issue and ensure my account is updated accurately. Your remaining credits will be listed under your plan If you still see a discrepancy, it's possible there might be a delay in credit processing. If the issue persists, you'll need to request human assistance for a detailed investigation of your account. Click on "Talk to a person" to get help from our support team.     Alika N. I had 1000 credits disappear and they refunded them. Contact support via the website - they got back to me in 24 hrs.

    Hey Alika - I just took a look at your credit dashboard (here) and it looks like most of those credits were spent on the recurring Find People Table - do you remember turning this table on? We may be able to help with credits but I just want to fully understand what happened here to make sure we can help you out!
