Request for Credit Restore for Client on Pro Plan - Workspace ID 488890

One of my clients had their credits completely wiped out in the 1st month of their Pro plan. After checking their workspace E2E, I see only one place where credits were used - an AI column ran on 2397 rows @ 0.5 credits per. Can you please help me out and restore their credits? Workspace ID is 488890 they should've started with ~54K due to the free trial and my agency link
