Hey Andreas, thanks for reaching out! You can still copy and paste custom job titles into the search by separating them using a comma. It looks like this scroll situation is a bug - I've escalated this over to our engineering team and we'll let you know as soon as we know more! Thanks for pointing this out :)

Hey Andreas, quick update about the scrolling situation. Our team let us know this was intentional to ensure the tool worked properly but as you type in it will surface other values. However, they're considering your feedback to make improvements on the tool and ensure it's easier to navigate in coming iteration. Thanks!
