I don't know if it's my problem or the app's problem but the email waterfalls have been giving me errors all day. They don't load well and don't run by themselves!
I don't have specific information about errors or loading issues with email waterfalls in Clay. However, I can provide some general information about how email waterfalls work in our app.Email waterfalls in Clay are designed to run sequentially across multiple data providers to maximize email coverage. They include email validation to ensure data quality. By default, we use ZeroBounce for validation, but you can choose a different provider if preferred. If you're experiencing issues with waterfalls not running automatically, it's worth noting that we recently made waterfalls editable. You can now edit any waterfall to add, remove, or replace providers and re-run it instead of recreating the whole waterfall. To better assist you with the specific errors you're encountering, could you please provide more details about the exact issues you're facing with the email waterfalls? This will help me offer more targeted advice or troubleshooting steps. Hello Bo, Thanks for the reply! I have opened the hidden tabs and it turns out that it was the verifier (Zerobounce) that is just running slow. With a little patience it loads (so I understand it's not Clay's problem)!
Amazing. Well done. Keep us posted if we can do anything else for you - Happy Wednesday
