I don't know if it's my problem or the app's problem but the email waterfalls have been giving me errors all day. They don't load well and don't run by themselves!

They include email validation to ensure data quality. By default, we use ZeroBounce for validation, but you can choose a different provider if preferred.If you're experiencing issues with waterfalls not running automatically, it's worth noting that we recently made waterfalls editable. Hello Bo, Thanks for the reply! I have opened the hidden tabs and it turns out that it was the verifier (Zerobounce) that is just running slow. With a little patience it loads (so I understand it's not Clay's problem)!
