i need to reset my password to clay.com, there seems to be a bug where the forgot password isnt working. I had previously managed to go through the process, but no reset email ever arrived, now the forgot password screen looks like this
If you're not receiving a "forgot password" email, it's likely that you're currently set up to sign in using Google Authentication. We recommend trying to log in via Google instead. If you want to switch from Google Auth to a username/password login, you'll need to request human assistance. This isn't something you can change on your own. Hi Constantin, Thank you for reaching out to the support team. Let me look into this for you. Can you please let me know what email address you used to reset your password? It seems that the email address "constantin@spaceshelf.co" uses Auth for login. I look forward to your response.
