Clay People Search Error: Request for Assistance with Issue

Would someone at Clay please send me a message - People Search has not been working for me all afternoon and I have been getting an error code consistently. Thanks.

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with People Search. There could be a few reasons for this. First, try these steps: 1. Log out of your account 2. Hard refresh your browser: • On Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Cmd + Option + R (Safari) • On PC: Press Ctrl + F5 (Chrome/Firefox/Edge) 3. Log back in 4. If the issue persists, try using an incognito window If these steps don't resolve the problem, it could be related to an API integration issue. In this case, you can try using the Find People search feature as an alternative while we work on resolving any backend problems. If you need further assistance, please request human support by clicking on "Talk to a person" in this chat.
