Intermittent Bug in Full Name Function: Seeking Quick Fix

Been seeing this bug for over a year now and wandering if you aware or have a quick fix for me. The function clean full name is just a merge of the Clean first name (GPT) and clean surname (GPT). It sometimes (1 in 30) just stays blank. Any workaround?
