Issues with LinkedIn Profile Enrichment Charges and Refunds

Hey Clay team, I'm running the enrichment for enriching a person from their LI profile. Before today, I got refunded credits for any profiles that couldn't be located. Now, it seems I'm getting charged anyway. Is this a bug?

Just for context, this is what used to show up when a profile wasn't found. Now I get an empty box with the contact icon and still get charged even though there's no info.
