To save a waterfall template, follow these steps while creating a waterfall:
1. Select Save as template
during waterfall creation
2. Give your template a name, description, and category
3. Select Save template
Note: Waterfall templates cannot be edited once created, only created and deleted.
As an Admin, you have full workspace permissions including managing all resources, so there shouldn't be role-based restrictions preventing you from saving templates.
If you're still unable to save templates, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further troubleshooting.

Hey — the issue is that this specific work email waterfall can’t be saved as a template from that screen. If you create a custom one instead, you’ll see the option to save it as a template. Let me know if you have more questions.
