If you can't import a file in Clay, check these common issues:
** Ensure your CSV doesn't have "created at" or "updated at" columns.
** The file must be UTF-8 encoded, comma-separated, and under 72 columns and 50, 000 rows.
** Try re-saving your data as a CSV from Google Sheets if issues persist.
** Use a short file name.
To import, go to your table, select Actions > Import > Import From CSV, upload your file, and follow the prompts to map columns and complete the import. If you still have trouble, you can request human assistance by clicking on Talk to a person.
