Hey Clay Team. I’m updating a Claygent prompt, but when I run it, the changes don’t appear. so the output isn’t what I expect. I’ve also seen several bugs today: columns not running, results not showing, etc.
When you update a Claygent prompt, changes won’t automatically apply to previously generated results. To see your updates reflected, you need to re-run the relevant step or duplicate the table and run it with the updated prompt. Simply editing the prompt won’t retroactively update existing data. If columns aren’t running or results aren’t showing: ** Double-click a row to check if it’s “waiting for its inputs.” You can click “re-run this cell” to trigger it. ** Try toggling auto-update off and on again, then accept the run prompt to refresh all rows. ** For columns stuck in a queued state, perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). ** If a column isn’t populating as expected, ensure output fields are correctly defined and mapped in your prompt settings, . * For display issues or empty rows, clear your cache and refresh your screen. If you need further help, you can request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."

You ever get an update from them? I am still having the same problem
Just got things back to normal on my end. Still no update on this.
Hi Sergio!
Apologies for the delayed response - we were experiencing some issues with Claygent yesterday, but I’m happy to report that the problem should now be resolved.
Try a quick refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) and let us know if the problem has been resolved on your end, or if you still have trouble.
Thank you for your patience while we worked on this! Best, Gabe
