Issue with SalesNav URL Imports and Credit Counting Explained
Import from SalesNav URLs seems to have a weird way of counting credits. I had a table with 600 people in it. But since I ran into the same issue as AJ C. (which has been occurring over the last few weeks for me) I had to create a new source from SalesNav - although it was actually the same query. First, I tried to try this setup by importing a 100 more people. The result was: A single new person found, 100 credits disappeared. The rest was probably deduplicated because 600 people from the same query were already present. Then I tried a few imports with 500 and 1000 max, which also didn't bring a lot of results because so many were deduplicated. Then I did a full import with 2500 max, which resulted in 1.200 people added but 2.1K credits consumed. I probably burned 3-4K before I realized that credits disappear for de-duplicated search results. Any chance to get my credits back?
