Effy - Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1347419411/65baf32e1d2a789ffba395c6d35c/CleanShot+2025-01-22+at+_42I1FzxXHf%402x.png?expires=1738716300&signature=858f9692f33447c68f92ead3d2025f12e4509d855f9f32ec7818afaeb76c1cb5&req=dSMjEc1%2FlIVeWPMW1HO4zVws4pkwDFKrgvYjA82bedAMYQ%3D%3D%0A
Sure thing, Bo. I tried with other tables as well and it is giving me the same error so not sure if it is table related or what. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/299386/tables/t_2uavFkwFH2wu/views/gv_idgRiaRfC4vJ
I just tried the promotion monitoring and that is working fine, it's just the job change tracking
Hi Effy, thank you for reaching out. Could you please show me what kind of search is causing this issue. e
Could you please send a screenshot of the parameters used?
It's not a search, I am just trying to track job changes. I am not editing any of the parameters.
Hi Effy, let me investigate this issue and will get back to you. This might take some time as I believe this could be a bug, just want to run some quick tests before I warn the engineering team
Thanks Stefano
Effy - Sorry for this, it looks like we've got a bug on our hands. I've escalated this to our engineering team to help look into it. We'll follow up here as soon as we know more!
Thank you for your help with this!
Any update on this?
Effy, just checking in here to make sure we have a full picture on this. Would you mind sharing any specific tables where you're not seeing the job changes you expected? I saw you had a few event-monitoring sources set up, like the job changer one here where a new event came in a couple days ago... https://app.clay.com/workspaces/299386/workbooks/wb_dMpZXnABbxC6/tables/t_godwnbuMfjGk/views/gv_pTACEpmW8DPs ...and similar recent activity in new hires and promotions... https://app.clay.com/workspaces/299386/workbooks/wb_j3uDnZeSegtE/tables/t_nAEcj5GzHPw7/views/gv_zzA6FNUcaYRC https://app.clay.com/workspaces/299386/workbooks/wb_dMpZXnABbxC6/tables/t_sNpaCwnVNW7G/views/gv_gEcReTKChnd2 ...but wasn't sure exactly when/where you were seeing the errors you mentioned.
I tried it again this morning as well and I am still getting the error
Effy, from what I can see, behind the scenes there is an error that your workspace has hit a limit on the number of job change monitors. I raised this to our engineers to, at minimum, make this more transparent in the app! Your account, after being upgraded, can have up to 3 signals for each type (promotions, changers, new hires β for a total of 9) for 20k contacts maximum. I saw you had a job change monitoring set up on a couple other tables, so consider deleting/removing those (perhaps one of the inactive ones?). And then you can try setting up a new job change monitor in one of the tables you're interested in. Let me know how it goes!
Thank you Mark! That makes a ton of sense - just had no idea that there was a limit or that I hit it.
Effy, just wanted to check in and make sure you you have what you need here. Let me know if you still have questions.
