CSV Export Issues with German Umlauts in Clay: Need Help!
❗️CSV export issue – Umlauts (🇩🇪German language) like Ä, Ö, Ü turn into weird symbols (√º, √§, √∂) Hey Clay team & community 👋 I'm encountering a super frustrating issue when exporting emails from a table in Clay as CSV for my email campaigns. German umlauts (Ä, Ö, Ü) get completely messed up and turn into symbols like √º, √§, or √∂. 🧩 Here's what's happening:
Emails are generated correctly in Clay with proper German umlauts.
But when exporting the entire table as CSV, special characters get corrupted.
This makes the exported emails unusable for outreach.
I'm using standard "Export table as CSV" and opening with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, etc.
🧪 Example (original text gets turned into this):

🔍 What I need help with:
Is this a known encoding issue in Clay's CSV export?
Is there a way to export CSV in UTF-8 or preserve correct encoding?
Any workaround to fix or prevent this from happening?
Thanks so much 🙏 I really need to solve this today if possible. Happy to share more details or test things if needed!
