Improving Claygent: Handling No Data Found Responses in Emails

Hey, very often Claygent returns "No data found" when it can't successfully complete the research task Even when I specify "Do not return "No data found, just leave blank if you don't know the answer" This messes with our email formatting, any suggestions?

Hey AJ C. - one recommendation is instead of directly using the Claygent result, make a new formula column that if the claygent result has "no data" then it is blank. Thanks for bringing up this no data found issue however, we are working on a solution here.

This is happening to me too Adam E.. I believe Bo (. created a ticket for my case, but it's been active for 1 week now. I am currently getting between 20-40% error rate when using Claygent

Hi Alexander, thanks for reaching out. AI tools like Claygent have a hard time not outputting something, here's a guide to effective AI prompting we have created with should be helpful to fine tune your prompts and achieve better outputs. In this case I would add this line to the prompt, to have a standardized output you can draw on to run subsequent cells conditionally. "If you don't find data, just output "false"." You can then use the "false" output to run other enrichment columns conditionally. I hope this was helpful. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!
