Concerns About Job Search Feature's Decreasing Result Numbers

Hey team, has anyone had a chance to look into the Find Job feature? someone else also mentioned it 1-2 weeks ago -- given extact job search criteria, the # of job results reduces significantly every search -- mine went from 3.2K --> 2.3K --> 1.7K

    This behavior could be happening for a couple of reasons: 1. The Find Jobs feature is likely set up as a static source rather than a dynamic one. This means it's not automatically updating to show new job listings. 2. When using search criteria, keep in mind that Clay doesn't yet have semantic search capabilities. This means that exact job search criteria might be too restrictive and could miss relevant listings that use different terminology. To improve your search results: ** Change your source to a dynamic source in your settings to ensure you're getting fresh job listings ** Be more comprehensive with your search terms by including various permutations of job titles ** Start with broader search parameters and then gradually narrow them down ** Consider using filters like location and job type strategically to refine results without being too restrictive
