I can work around it but seems like a bug

To reference an enrichment column in the conditional formula editor, you need to use "/" to select variables or columns from your workflow. Simply type "/" and you'll be able to select the desired enrichment column to include in your formula. Sources: Conditional Formulas Conditional runs | Documentation | Clay University
