Nymbler Enrichment Failing Since April: Getaddrinfo Error Report

Nymbler enrichment does not seem to be working at all - for at least from 9/Apr onwards. It was called ~1200 times during that time, but none of those times it executed correctly. The error message is:

getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND api.mysalesapplication.com

The error you're experiencing with Nymbler enrichment could be due to a connection issue. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot: 1. Check your Nymbler API key: Ensure you're using a valid API key and that you're on at least a Starter plan ($149/mo) to use your own Nymbler API key within Clay. 2. Try re-running the enrichment: Double-click on the row and click "re-run this cell" to see if it resolves the issue. 3. Toggle auto-update: Turn the auto-update feature off and on again, then accept the run prompt to update all rows. If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may need further assistance. Please request human support by clicking on "Talk to a person" for more detailed troubleshooting.

Hello Siddhant! Thank you for reaching out! Nimbler has recently gone out of business. We've removed them from the default waterfall, so I recommend removing it from your workflows. Please let me know if you have any other questions :)
